In-Store Return Policy:

Since we produce and sell perishable items, we do not offer refunds on any in-store purchases. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase simply return your order to our shop. The returned items must be uneaten, in original packaging, along with your receipt within 24 hours of purchase. Once we receive the requested items, we will issue a replacement for another item of equal value.


On-line Purchase Return Policy: 

We do not accept returns for any items purchased online due to them being perishable products. However, we will replace items that may have been damaged during shipping. For this to occur, we require that customers submit their issue or complaint to our designated email address. The complaint must list the nature of the damage and must be accompanied with photographs in support. Replacement requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of purchased merchandise. We cannot offer replacements for any requests after the 10-day period.

We will not issue replacements for customers if the incorrect mailing address was listed during orders, if packages are still in route from the shipper, if the customer was not present at delivery, if the delivery was refused by the customer, if the package was not deliverable due to being shipped to a PO Box, or if the order has been 50% consumed.

  1. Please submit all request via email to for all online orders, within 10 days of delivery.

  2. For all in-store concerns please call us at 708-960-0455 and return the item(s) to the store within 24 hours of purchase.
